Description:

Originally designed as a Social Club for Cable and Wireless Training College, this award winning building has been converted into a very modern and unusual single residence. The three storey high living room space contains the formal dining and living room functions; this very generous space has large glazed elevations that overlook the 12 acres of the mature landscaped garden that runs down and embraces the Thames below. The ground floor bar & Kitchen facilities were removed and converted into a kitchen, a breakfast room and a library/retreat. The first floor has been converted from conference and meeting rooms to bedrooms and overhanging offices. One storey is underground, which was orginally the gym and changing facilities, this has been converted into bedrooms, bathrooms and a games area.
